Not the right fit? No problem. You have 30 days to send most items back for a refund or exchange.

We'll email you a prepaid return label within a few hours.
Send it back
Drop your parcel at any courier point within 30 days of delivery.
Get refunded
Refunds land within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return.
What can be returned
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags still attached. We can only accept returns of items bought directly through this store.
What can't be returned
For hygiene reasons, mouth guards and groin guards cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Grip tape and any custom or personalised items are also final sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to swap a size or colour is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures your preferred option is reserved before it sells out.
Faulty items
Every product is covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something arrives damaged or fails in normal use, contact us with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
