Order processing
Orders placed before 1pm GMT on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and public holidays, begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Tracking your order
Every shipment includes tracking. Follow the link in your dispatch email to see your parcel's progress in real time. If tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of dispatch, get in touch and we'll chase it down for you.
International orders
We ship to over 40 countries. Any import duties or taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout, so the price you pay is the final price — no unexpected fees on delivery.
Missing or delayed parcels
Delivery estimates are guidelines, not guarantees, and couriers can occasionally run late during busy periods. If your order hasn't arrived within five business days of the estimated date, contact our team and we'll make it right.
